"We had one of our best customer service experiences at a hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our entire stay. The staff was always helpful and kind. I was impressed by the staff during the breakfast rush; they were consistently friendly, helpful, and professional. A rude hotel guest filled their plate with enough eggs to feed 8 people, taking from the serving tray and leaving none for others who had been patiently waiting in line for their turn. The staff immediately sprang into action and quickly resolved the issue by refilling the egg tray. Thanks to the hotel staff's quick thinking, everyone was happy and satisfied. Our family had a great time. It was a great location, lots to do, and great food options! Thanks!"

"The ALAMO is across the street, so it's the perfect spot from which to explore downtown San Antonio and the River Walk. The hotel has a privately owned restaurant and bar off the lobby, which is a good choice if the weather is bad--or even if it isn't! :)"
