Flight Review

Apr 25, 2020

As a parent who had to fly quickly to Illinois due to a death in the family, I needed a cheap flight & you provided it, however I couldn't pick seats so my kids and I were separated. When I arrived at the desk to discuss with the attendant, she eagerly put my 3 seats together, moved us from the back of the plane to closer to the front with more "leg room" she said & then gave each of us $10 vouchers for food! I was beyond ecstatic!! I went from being so stressed about going to my Aunts funeral, the flight, the things I would have to take care of when I got to Illinois and your staff made it a very memorable flight! (First time flying for my 7 & 11 year old girls as well.) Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Mar 15, 2020

Good flight.

Mar 15, 2020

The service was great! However, I would like to alert the airline staff that a day after my flight I got a sore throat and sinus headache. A day later my roommate (who was not with me but had close interaction with me after I got back) had the same symptoms. I believe that I caught something from one of my flights that day. We are mostly recovered now, as it seemed like just a 48 hour thing, I just wanted to alert the staff.

Mar 15, 2020

Nice leg room. More than many of your competitors. This important on long flights.

Mar 15, 2020

We were slightly delayed due go a mechanical issue but was quickly resolved. The pilot kept us updated and apologized for the delay.

How to get through airport security fast when traveling to Chicago

Make your flight to Chicago a little bit easier by following these helpful tips and pointers:

  • Security staff will expect to see your travel ID and boarding pass as part of their checks. Store them in an accessible place, so they're ready for inspection.
  • Wallets, belts and mobile phones should be put in a tray for X-raying. If you pass through the body scanner with these items, you'll be turned back and instructed to remove them.
  • Electronic items such as tablets, laptops and phones are always sent through the X-ray machine separately. Make sure they're easily accessible.
  • When you get to the security checkpoint, you'll be asked to place all creams, gels and liquids in a separate tray for scanning. Make sure they're all stored in containers smaller than 3.4 ounces (100 milliliters) and sealed in a clear zip-lock bag.
  • Untie your shoelaces before approaching the body scanner. Depending on what sort of shoes you're wearing, security may instruct you to remove them.
  • Pocketknives and corkscrews are not permitted on board the aircraft. Pack them in your checked luggage to avoid forfeiting them at the security checkpoint.
