We loved almost everything about the hotel. Our only suggestion is less use of single use plastic packaging and greater attention to requests to reuse towels and linens. We especially appreciated the use of water in cartons.

Disappointing experience. Old shoe marks on the carpet in the room, some black marks on the white wall bellow tv, grey cabinet that has coffee, drinks, fridge, etc, had visible dings and scratches on surface and looked beet up. Concierge was not friendly or helpful at all. He had an attitude and arrogance about him, and didn't really make us feel welcomed. Really soured the whole experience. Check out option on TV didn't work, neither did texting parking service at the hotel. Had to contact front desk about car, after initially being on hold for at least 5 min.

Some of the staff was subpar. One of the examples is concierge gentlemen, who was not helpful at all, and also had immediate attitude and was a bit arrogant. Very grating individual. In terms of cleanliness, I'd expect when you pay 1k /night for stay, carpet in the room to be spotless, among other things. Or at the very least chose carpet color that won't show old marls from dirty shoes, etc. White wall under the tv had some black smudges on it as well. There were other things on top fo that. Very underwhelming experience, bit of a letdown.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room was wonderful. I loved that the lighting was labeled and that there was an abundance of hooks. Sounds insignificant but made settling in easy. The people at the entrance were especially helpful and friendly.

Everything about this hotel was top notch. Every employee we came in contact with was friendly, professional, and helpful in every way. We especially liked the waiters and waitresses in the Travelle Bar area and the front doorman. We enjoyed their company so much we took pictures with them to memorialize the trip. They were all so professional, friendly, and helpful in every way. The rooms were fantastic in every way with every detail taken care of. The shower and bath area is as nice as any hotel we've ever stayed in. Highly recommend this hotel for special trips/occasions.
