It has been the noisiest hotel i have ever stayed in, day and night its kids running up and down the corridors, yelling in the mezzanine till 1 or 2am. Staff wont do anything to put order in the hotel, its basically come in and do as you want. Stayed for 6 nights and got 1 decent night of sleep. To me this is the Motel 6 of Hilton hotels

Breakfast was good! The rooms are a little smaller than typical embassy rooms due to it being downtown. Two elevators were down during my stay which made it difficult during the NYE rush. Nice lobby decorated nicely for holidays. Polite staff. Loved the fridge and microwave in the room

Everything’s was pretty nice. My only complaint were the elevators, not putting all four elevators in operation during the day was an inconvenience for people on a tight schedule. We were on the 11th floor and had to take stairs multiple times due to the hotel only operating 2/4 elevators during the day. Also, the cleanliness around the edge of the pool was a little questionable as well. Like it needed to be scrubbed. But everything else was really great.

Hotel was great. It was very clean , the hot breakfast was great and they host a happy hour every day from 5:30 pm to 7pm which includes two drinks and some snacks. Very nice addition to our stay
