Check-in process was very disappointing. At times only one employee at the desk with a long line, took about 75 minutes to get to our room. Original room we booked was no longer available, and keys didn’t work. Only received 2 bath towels for our family of 4, unable to attend reception hour due to the long lines.

Location is good. Lots of options in breakfast, enough tables and they clean it quickly when it’s busy. Evening snacks and drink is bonus, didn’t know about it. Very clean, just little old inside the room. Over all good experience.

No one answers the phone. Had to stop on the street and run in to ask where is the parking. All night long heard noise from the street from the 8th floor. The place looks nice inside and is clean. Breakfast, not impressed. Then at check out I am first told it is $79 for the parking! I would have never booked the room had I known this! I asked for a room with parking. And the street noise, Actually I think you owe me a refund.

Overall, my stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The room was clean, the amenities were great, and everything was well-maintained. However, I did have a minor issue with the front desk service. The lady at the front desk seemed upset and was not very friendly, which made the check-in experience less welcoming. Aside from that, everything else was great, and I would still consider staying here again.

The location is great, the property is clean, and the breakfast/happy hour is very good. Unfortunately, the pool is very cold, there is no hot tub, and the restaurant on site isn’t very good.

This hotel is awesome! They have a evening receptions (2 como drinks) and also have snacks to go with your drinks. The breakfast is great too! Eggs to tastes and lots of other options to choose from. The staff is friend and helpful. My digital key did not work here but that might be an app issue. Walking distance to many must sees in Chicago!
