Staff was friendly, room was clean and building well maintained. The shower had great pressure and the water nice and hot. However, since the shower door doesn't seal shut, water tends to drip on to the floor soaking the bath mat. There also seemed to be a slight leak under the seal around the shower stall. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would book again should we travel there again

Beautiful boutique hotel! The rooftop is a must visit. We had lunch in the Mediterranean restaurant. Food and service were great. Room was very nice. No views, but that was okay. Would stay again

We had 3 rooms for one night, including one room with an infant. Simona and all other staff accommodated us quite well, answering all of our questions and exceeding our expectations on service. Rooms were fantastic and this hotel is in a great are for dining and entertainment. We will definitely consider coming for our future Chicago trips.

I stated here as an staycation, I had really high expectations. The entrance was great, they greet us with Fiji waters all good. The room, not so much. It was 8/10 clean, the lamps had a sort of glue on them both sides, and the bed was bent and broken in the middle. We did let them know and they did offer a discount, which I really appreciate it. But the experience overall was a 8/10

Love, Love, Love this Hotel!

Absolutely loved this hotel. Very chic but reasonably priced. Location was perfect, just minutes away from the restaurant we had dinner at and the concert venue. Will definitely be staying here again, next time I'm in Chicago!
