My 5th time staying here. I enjoy the size of the suite and the staff are always super nice. I came in really late. Was given a small case of figi water. Always was asked if it was anything that I needed. Front desk offered more than what was required

The Godfrey was ok. I expected a bit more but it was ok. We had a room close to the elevator so we heard it in our room as it was loud due to the speed up and down the elevator shaft. Room was clean and served its purpose.

Very disappointed in the Godfrey Hotel, Rooms need to be repaired and updated the correct way, cleanliness definitely needs to be addressed, sheets were dirty, floors were dirty, empty beer bottles left under the desk, elevator doors and elevator buttons(absolutely disgusting) just and overall bad hotel

The room seemed much nicer on the website. The shower head barely had water coming out of it. The room was freezing the whole time. Not so great when they charge your 25$ extra per day on top of the stay.

Front desk clerk was annoyed and rude from the start. He couldn’t find my reservation and kept trying to give me someone else’s room. I travel a lot and this was the weirdest interaction I’ve ever had. I thought it might be a bit of nervous joking at first, but it became apparent that he was just annoyed with his job, didn’t care, and he wanted me to know it. Other than that the bar/restaurant was great. The room was fine except for a light that kept turning on randomly throughout the night. Great location.
