The beds were comfortable. The room was small for the price. The outside has the smell of garbage. The valet service, searched through my vehicle, let vape pens in my vehicle. I don't doubt that my vehicle wss taken for a joy ride. My worse hotel experience ever.

We have stayed at this property several times over the years and it has improved quite a bit. Pros: As they say, steps from Michigan Ave. Comfortable bed. Nice shower pressure. Updated room decor. Cons: Construction next door is noisy. Air conditioning is very noisy and very cold. Tiny room with no extra seating. The price is very reasonable to be this close to downtown, we would stay again!
