Instead of getting 1 room with double beds like I had reserved, I got 2 smaller rooms with 1 bed. I was still charged for an extra adult as well.

Room had not been cleaned when we got there. No toilet paper had to call twice for it and when we got back to our room was on the door handle and room was never cleaned the 3 days we were there. Also had to go down to front desk twice to get bath towels. And key cards would not work, had to have them rescan twice.
