Everything was great really. We would definitely stay here again. Front desk staff is kind, helpful, and bright. Parking is nearby. Breakfast was good. Room was spacious and clean. Lots to do nearby.

Beautiful hotel! From the lobby to the room I was very impressed by the quality of the hotel! The staff were so kind and helpful. And the cost for the room was not insane, it was more than reasonable for being in downtown Chicago! Loved every minute!

Great. They closed the pool while I was there for maintenance. One of the maiin reasons I picked it it was because of the pool. And they didn’t advertise anything prior

Pool was closed the entire time. Kids were disappointed. This was the reason we booked this hotel. Otherwise breakfast was very good, neat and well stocked.
