It was an okay stay; the staff wasn't super welcoming during the check-in. When we came in, he had his head down on the computer the whole time. It felt very unwelcoming, as if we were bothering them. They didn't tell us about any amenities or offer to help with our bags. I would say the best part was the valet staff and the food. It's a nice hotel, but it doesn't really seem to care about its guests. Also, they left the in-room dining plates outside our room for the entire day. We left at 10 am and came back at 4 pm, and the plates were still at our door.

I had a river view room and it was a lovely view! The hotel was decorated beautifully with Christmas decor. The hotel food was absolutely delicious. Beds were very comfortable and the hotel was only a 7-8 minute walk to my daughter’s dorm building. Great place to stay!
