Room was clean, though a bit small. Staff were all great; friendly and welcoming. Restaurant operates on minimal staff. If you’re in a hurry, make sure they know up front. I was a little worried booking this due to other reviews c but we were very happy overall. I’d absolutely book again!

Room was clean, bed were very comfortable. The restaurant, About Last Knife had great breakfast options and we enjoyed lunch there as well. The best part was the staff. They were ALL amazing! Not only at their jobs but also just to talk with. They were friendly and helpful. Nicole was excellent at serving the restaurant, her smile lit up the room. Gigi the manager, was a delight and makes sure everyone is taken care of. We will definitely be back!

The hotel location is unbeatable being right across from the bean and millenium park. Very good locations for dining. Only complaint about location is that it is very very noisy.
