The rooms are clean and modern. They have good amenities. The rooms are smaller than they look in the photos. It is near a fire station in the city so there is a lot of ambient noise.

The room was lovely, but seriously - the staff here are the real MVPs! They were incredibly kind to us. We stayed for our anniversary, and when all of our carefully planned ticketed events were cancelled due to extreme Chicago cold, they sent a dozen roses to our room, extended us to a late check out and even called various venues to see if they could secure us some replacement plans. We will DEFINITELY be back, I’ve never received service like this! 💖 Thank you so much!

Hotel was very clean and all staff were great. Loved the water station on the 2nd floor. Great location downtown. Only thing that I disliked was that our key cards stopped working before our check out time. You have to use the key card to use the elevator and get into your room.

The hotel itself was really nice, but we had to move rooms because the adjoining room was being really loud at 10 AM on a Saturday. Very hard to find parking, but it’s an alright spot.

The hotel staff was amazing and very jind and courteous when we checked in. I wish I remembered the name of rhe gentleman who helped us with directions as we were new to the train system.
