Very clean and comfortable. Liked having a restaurant connected so we could have dinner before walking across the street to the Rosemont Theatre for a show. Breakfast was delicious with good variety.

The space in the room was lovely and it was unfortunate some of the elevators werent working but apart from that the stay was great and the young lady checking us in was so sweet i believe it was yesenia, cant really remember her name.

It was a great experience, but the hotel staff at check in didn't give us our breakfast meal tickets so after some confusion at the red we had to go to the front deskand get them. The last morning of our stay there was no hot water, so not sure what happened there. Overall though the staff was very friendly and helpful

It was fine but won’t book there again

Very disappointed in this hotel. Convenient location being directly across the street from the convention center. Parking is available on site. However, it filled on Friday night. Attendant had us park in a no parking space. No back entrance to the hotel so had a VERY long walk in the wind to the entrance. There are stairs and a narrow ramp to access the room elevators. The common areas were clean but worn and dated. The room was typical but the bathroom was awful. Although sizable, the vanity was a protruding sink and ledge only large enough for a tray holding the amenities. No space to lay toiletries, clothing, towels, etc. Made it difficult to get event ready. Housekeeping came daily at 8am. Did not come back throughout the day. Had to call to request toilet paper. It was like someone had a good idea for a hotel but just didn’t quite execute on it right.
