Nice and Quiet, like the Staff.

I enjoyed the silence. Except for some banging of the headboards, which is understandable; overall, good for getting some work done. Not very spacious Executive rooms. I would choose a regular room for the future, as I would not expect much difference, except in price. Staff were unfamiliar with their hotel. When asked about entrance locations, I was told only the main entrance existed. Their personality or lack their-of, makes me think they should reconsider a hospitality environment. I was not welcomed, just asked if I was checking in. Shockingly, I was checking in. They took my ID and Credit Card, but did not mention the purpose for my credit card when my reservation was under a third party. Give them some coffee to wake them up. The evening staff member girl was rocking the desk pretty nicely. Only saw the one, Kudos. Nothing worth going out of your way for. There are no worthwhile views... just a night for a traveler.

Wonderful hotel! We had a great time relaxing in our room. Only complaint was the shower. The drain didn't drain very fast! Also the shower got water every where. Otherwise very clean and comfortable! Also the food we ordered for room service was AMAZING! Best food i have had in a long time!

Close to airport but no parking and very noisy!!

Pros: Close to airport, good airport shuttle
Cons: Parking...good luck finding any. Noise level.
This airport hotel doubles as airport parking. So, if you're actually a paying guest, you may or may not be able to find parking. And, the hotel is incredibly noisy. Whether it's the other guests running up and down the hotels all night or the band that plays til the wee hours of the morning, don't count on getting a good night's sleep.

won't return

Pros: Shuttle drivers were accommodating, welcoming and friendly.
Cons: Attentiveness to rooms and overall friendliness of staff
Not what we have come to expect from four point Sheratons. Lights out in room and it needed a thorough dusting. Staff throughout property was very aloof and non responsive when greeted. On day of checkout one man at front desk who appeared to be training was less than cordial during two interactions.

Low price, convenient, comfy bed, horrific waiter

Pros: Great price, super convenient, clean rooms, comfy bed, surprisingly good food from room service. Rueben was amazing.
Cons: There were many Glade plug-in's throughout the facility (including in my room) and gave the impression perhaps there was something to cover up?
I was allowed to check-in early which was a lifesaver. I was so far away from the lobby, I really didn't interact with the front desk so I can't say how their service was; however, I was constantly running into the housekeeping staff and they were cool, not warm. Not a big deal. There was a lot of construction around the facility which was annoying but again, it happens! The restaurant, Mirage, had no bar due to construction so my friend and I sat in a comfy booth to get a beer. A tall, middle-aged man with a deep accent and a grey ponytail never greeted us but instead said, "have a beer/we have this and this on tap". We ordered a couple beers and later my friend inquired about the desserts and mentioned she might want an Old Fashioned. He said that the tiramisu was the best you've ever had to which I replied in a jocular manner, "Oh yes? Do you make it here?" He then says, "No. We buy it. We put it on the plate. But I know what I'm talking about!" I replied, "I don't know..." trying to calm him down. He replies, "Well, you don't know what you're talking about! I don't know where you're from, but you don't know what you're talking about!" My mouth was on the floor. I couldn't believe he was so adamantly rude and condescending. He looks at my friend, "where are you from? Ordering a brandy old-fashioned?!!" She lives in Milwaukee...He says, "That explains it! I knew you were from Wisconsin!" like it was an insult. I decided to never acknowledge him for the rest of the night.

by far is not an enjoyable stay, room was dirty.

Pros: nothing
Cons: it will take a long list
room was not cleaned properly, dust everywhere, the bathroom is rusty, ants are having best time of their lives, shower head is rusty. these are health safety concerns that should be addressed by management.

Close to airport

My initial impression wasn't good the Livy staff was a little short with me, but the vacation was saved by the room and the restaurant. Air in room got cold.

Decent hotel in convenient location

This hotel is near O'Hare, and the shuttle to the airport for acess to the train was helpful. Hotel lobby updated, but rooms a bit outdated. Could smell fresh paint, though. Decent for the price compared to expensive hotels Downtown. Only real issue we had was having to get several new room keys as the kept not working over the two nights we stayed.

OK place to stay when flying out of O'hare early

First, the taxi driver had a hard time finding the entrance to the hotel. Then upon arrival the front desk staff was moderately helpful. The layout of the hotel was odd as it was a long walk to the elevators. The room was a bit dingy and warm upon arrival, though I was able to turn the air conditioning on and revive it a bit. The phone did not work in the room and there was a big used room service tray that had not been cleaned up in the hallway right by my door. But other than that I was able to get a decent night's sleep and get on my way the next morning. Just a ho-hum experience, nothing special by any means.
