Nice kitchenette, outlet mall about 1.5 miles from property, numerous and different cultural cuisines with delivery services and the 24 hour airport shuttle service. Perfect location. And. Next door to a gas convenience store that also houses a Duncan Donut and Subway Sandwich Shop.

This was strange. We took the "Sonesta" shuttle from Ohare and they landed us on the Sonesta hotel which denied any affiliation with the Sonesta Simply suites (where we were booked). They instructed that we return to the airport and take a taxi. (we took an Uber for $10.00 from the hotel). The simply suites are owned by the same company. They refused to transfer us to the suites and when picking us up at the airport never acknowledged the "suites" as a transfer option, despite their being owned by the same corporation. The simply "suites" are designed to accommodate individuals who want cooking options in the apartment, which includes a stove and fridge. The room was fairly large and the area was quiet. However, there were no nearby restaurants and eating options other than snacks and drinks offered at the front office.

I never made it to the hotel because the shuttle never came. I was only booking this hotel for my layover to save money and take a shower but the shuttle never arrived after 5 calls and lies from Muhammad. I asked him to cancel and give refund because it wasn’t worth getting an uber and spending 3 hrs there. Still no response from hotel management on this. Sucks!!
