Check in and check out were fast and efficient. Guest associates were friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoyed the hotels location and access to casino. The lobby had a moldy smell and my room door did not automatically latch and lock when closed.

The controller is running the from desk and she is awesome! The shuttle driver was also so nice. I just couldn't say enough nice things about this property. Clean, quiet, safe and convenient. I will stay there again when I'm in Chicago. Loved it!
