Nice hotel, walking distance to Chicago outlet, my only issue that I was told while checking in that I am an VIP Expedia member for that I don’t have to pay for the parking lot, when I checked out they refused to validate the ticket!

I did not like the lack of signage. The airport shuttles beeped their horn at me and I observed them do this to other drivers. I was told to park in the fire lane so the airport shuttles could pull up under the awning. Seems those flying in to Chicago are preferential to those who drove in to Chicago. The room was also hot. Housekeeping staff was wonderful. Oh! They also had trouble locating a room for us when we had reservations.

Visiting for hairshow
Was in town for ABS beauty/hairshow. The shuttle service was superb and drivers were fast and accommodating. We never had to wait more then 10 minutes going back and fourth to the convention center. Room was very nice and clean. Great restaurant choices.

Hotel is fine but we checked in and were given a room with one bed despite our reservation for a double queen room. We tried to call downstairs but the phone didn’t work. We went back to front desk and were given a different room with barely an apology. We then went to the second room, which again had only one bed. I told my disgusted to sit and watch TV while my husband went down and worked it out - it was very late and we were all tired. The TV was broken and said no feed available. Finally the third attempt we got a room with two beds but the front desk person barely acknowledged the mistake. So strange for an airport busy hotel with systems in place .

Beautiful overnight hotel stay
We stayed one night so that we could catch our next flight to Oslo, Norway. The shuttle was right there waiting for us and took us right to the hotel. The only complaint that we had was the driver drove fast and I got car sick but over came it when I got off to breathe fresh air. When we got to the hotel the staff was very friendly and helpful with taking all our luggage up to our room and helping us bring it in our room. As we entered our beautiful room we had a very beautiful view. We had a wonderful good nights well deserved sleep before our long flight. We didn't have time to have breakfast because we had to leave early to catch our flight. We took the shuttle back to the airport right on time but again with another another fast driver and another round of getting car sickness.. we arrived to the airport with plenty of time to check in time to catch our flight. Thank you for giving us wonderful good nights sleep and we will hopefully will be back again.
