I arrived at the hotel only to be told they overbooked and “dumped” all those who booked through sites like Travelocity. Also, despite the ad saying they have 24 hour shuttle, they do not. So I now have a hotel charge on my credit card and two Uber charges to get to the hotel and then back to the airport. I spent the night trying to sleep sitting in the uncomfortable waiting area of the airport. Very disappointed! Please call me.

The dining options were across the street on Manheim Road which was very busy with traffic! Problem I had with the hotel was my room was not cleaned by housekeeping when I came back to my room early Saturday and Sunday evening!

Well done 👏

Best overall hotel experience of my life - no comparison. The staff from the front desk to the cleaning crew and especially Ian the " bartender" who is more of a legend than an employee. You all blew my expectations out of the water and set an impossibly high bar for future stays.

This property is physically attached to an abandoned hotel which looks horrible and people have to park near it. There were lots of weeds and looked terrible. They should put a fence around it or tear it down or rebuild it.

I loved the cleanliness in my room. Breakfast was excellent. Shuttle to the airport was very convenient! There was no microwave in my room. The front of the property, by main entry is dirty and gives a bad aspect to the property
