Stayed here for a concert at Allstate Arena, so the walkable location was perfect. The room was nice and clean and the breakfast was really nice. My only complaint is that we had to pay for parking but there were no places to park, and when you finally found a spot it was in a ragedy gravel and broken concrete area that was a mess. That's unacceptable in my opinion.

DONT - Terrible shuttle service

I travelled with my family of 4 and booked this place because we were just spending one night in Chicago en route elsewhere. Needed a hotel near the airport with reliable shuttle service. This was anything but. We waited 90 minutes to get picked up! First we were given incorrect info by a staffer at the hotel about where we should get picked up and we wasted time going from one terminal to the other unnecessarily. We were told to expect the shuttle at 3pm and we were there precisely at that time. When it didnt come we called the hotel and they told us it came by early and the driver didnt wait for us even though the hotel staffer we'd already spoken to twice knew we were waiting. So we waited again - another 40 minutes! Their hotel shuttle only runs every 40 minutes, which is unbelievably inadequate and inconvenient for an airport hotel (aside from the misinformation they gave us about where to be and when). We saw shuttles for other hotels go by 4-5 times in the time we waited. I took all this up with the hotel manager after we arrived and she insincerely went through the motions of apologizing but offered no compensation for our trouble. There are so many other hotels by the airport that presumably have more frequent and reliable shuttle service. I wish I had chosen differently and I hope this review will help anyone else from making the same mistake I did. PS. The breakfast kinda sucked too

Lousy shuttle service

Missed our connection in Chicago due to bad weather and had to spend the night. We specifically chose this hotel because of the airport shuttle service. We waited for over an hour and shuttle never showed up. It took several phone calls to get through to someone at the hotel. They promised the shuttle would come in 5 minutes. After 20 minutes we wound up taking an expensive taxi.

When we checked in, after walking into lobby from getting off the shuttle, the front desk associate did not inform us that we needed a shuttle voucher to ride the shuttle the next morning. During checkout at the front desk we were asked if we had a shuttle voucher, we stated “No…no one told us we needed one when we checked in.” The response from the associate was, “I didn’t check you in.” This is poor customer service.
