Our room’s cleanliness in the Premier tower was impeccable and deserves 5 Stars- kudos to Housekeeping. However, the carpeted lobby/common areas smell of horrid animal waste. The odor is imbedded in the carpet. This property is in dire need of a refresh. If you’re a pet-friendly hotel, you may need to replace your carpeting on the regular.

The elevators were very far from the entrance. It was a very long walk just to get to them. The breakfast was not worth it at all. $20+ for eggs and turkey sausage is not worth it at all.

We arrived at the hotel at 1:45. We were told our room was ready, but we would need to pay an extra $25.00 to check in before 3:00. This was a slap in the face after agreeing to pay almost 300.00 to just sleep there. When we did eventually check in for real, the employee was very kind.

The Hyatt Regency disappoints, particularly when considering its steep pricing relative to local options. The rooms feel unclean and painfully outdated, urgently needing a modern refresh. As one of the most expensive hotels in the area, it falls short of expectations for comfort and style. The lone highlight in this otherwise lackluster experience is the excellent shuttle service, which operates efficiently and provides a much-needed convenience. Overall, the Hyatt Regency must revamp its accommodations to truly justify its premium rates and align with the quality promised by its renowned brand.
