Nothing fancy, but it fills all the squares very well- very clean, quiet, comfortable room with all necessities. Polite, responsive staff. Attached Uno Pizzeria serves free breakfast (meh). DEDICATED airport shuttle service that has Terminal 5 service. Only negative is $18/night parking.

Room Pictures on booking sites are deceiving. We did not expect to be that bad . The sofa was very dirty and old . Furnitures in bad conditions. Carpet smell like abandoned warehouse. Bed sheets and towels were clean though.
