I work in a five star resort in Sunny Isles, Florida, I guess our standards and training are always higher than non-five star hotels, I stay at this Comfort suites Because it’s convenience for me between the city and the airport. Some of the staff are attentive and some are friendly, they try, at least. But the property itself is dated, air conditioner filters are dirty, cracks visible on corners, The carpets are old and are none hyper allergenic, I was always stuffy and sneezing, Blankets are staticky give me electric shocks each and every time because there’s no dehumidification inside the rooms. The housekeepers do a great job in organizing it and putting clean sheets and clean everything but sometimes something dirty slips between washes. The TVs are small and old overall like I said, this place is in need of a make ever!! asap PS I heard the Mary was taking over so nothing’s gonna happen until next year, but at least a little small detail should be taken care of until then!! I wasn’t a huge fan on paying for overnight parking, but least the room and bedsheets were clean. The kids enjoyed their “free breakfast” in the morning and only wished the coffee was a little bit better. Other than those two flaws, I would back to book a room again.

There was a pickle on floor in my room. Lobby door was very squeaky and sounded like it was malfunctioning. Breakfast was very poor. No waffles. Eggs and sausages were dry.
