Staff were absolutely amazing and even gave my kids little gift bags when we checked in. I loved the security of the hotel and needing your room card to get on elevators etc. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had. Rooms were overall clean but they could check under beds better

Always a pleasure staying here - the location and proximity to the L makes getting anywhere in the city very easy. The deposit structure is the only negative. $50 PER NIGHT - on a previous stay we were there for 10 and had a $500 deposit which is excessive.

Our stay was amazing it was a birthday celebration and our suite was amazing and we were very comfortable if I had to complain about anything it would be breakfast, it needed more meat selection like bacon for one and breakfast potatoes and some turkey options. But other than that everything else was superb.

Checking in was such a positive experience. Wish I would have taken her name so I could have given a shout out specifically but she was wonderful, courteous, accommodating and professional. Room was amazing. Huge tv but had trouble linking up our streaming with the instructions they give. Suite is Huge with everything you need. The microwave is also a convection oven which was perfect for us to reheat our deep dish pizza leftovers. Quiet location. Easy walk to the united center. No restaurants or convenience stores within walking distance, so bring your drinks and snacks. Would definitely stay here again.

The room had only one small round window that was starting at 5 feet high. You can not see anything. It was like staying in a basement. Even though I book a suite and the front desk said they were giving me a better room, that is what I got and there was no warning. I arrived at 3 pm. My room was not ready. They also gave someone else’s room to the person who was checkin in just before me. Then they were trying to track him down.
