The location was good, but unfortunately, the front desk staff’s attitude in several instances was far from welcoming and did not create a positive impression. The cleanliness of the room was extremely poor — the towels were unusable and even had an unpleasant greasy or oily smell. The bathroom floor and shower were full of hair, clearly showing a lack of proper cleaning. There was visible dust on the desk and bedside tables, as if they had not been wiped down at all. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel for a stay.

Carpet riddled with stains room 135. Seems like work and garbage goes on in the alley until early morning hours. I’ve stayed here a few times but this was the worst experience at this property o have encountered.

Had a good experience! But please know your walking into a hotel that’s perfect for just sleep. The hotel give more motel with outdated furniture and room. When I walked into our room I was a bit stunned over the room but for the price I got what I paid for. I will say the staff was super pleasant and great people. Will I stay here again? If I’m in and out, yes, now for a longer stay? Probably not. But still great.

Amazing Experience, Highly Recommend

Amazing experience. The room was small but we didn't stay in there long enough to care. The best parts of this hotel are the staff and the restaurant under it. I can't say enough great things about that restaurant: "Elephant and Something". The food was amazing, best we had in the city and the drinks were cheap! Cannot recommend it enough.
