Haven't been in this hotel for 7 years. What happened? I was very disappointed. I always used to stay at this hotel whenever I came to Chicago, but not anymore. The only good thing was its location. The staff was so unfriendly. I felt like I bothered them or something. The room was horrible. I saw a cockroach running in the bathroom. I hope I didn't bring any to my house. The bed was uncomfortable with horrible pillows. The window was so dirty, I kept it closed all the time. If I ever go to Chicago again, I'll be looking into a different hotel for sure.

The “king bed” is just two twins pushed together. Huge bed crack. Not ideal for couples.

Club Quarters is billed as a business hotel and the business area is really great. The room however leaves a great deal to be desired. Despite booking a double occupancy room, I only had one wash cloth. When I called, it was justified because it is a business hotel. That was weird. Everything about the room was just basic. Very little drawer room. Just enough closet space. It leaves a lot to be desired.

My husband and I were in Chicago for a quick weekend trip. We knew we wouldn’t be in the hotel often because we were trying to do as much sight seeing as possible. But for the times we were there, the room was comfortable, clean, and overall a decent price for the city. Would definitely stay here again!

Dirty room. Housekeeping never came to clean my room and staff not willing to help a customer.

Friendly hotel and valet staff. Located in a great location for easily walking around and seeing the some of the sites around Chicago. Would stay again and would recommend to others.

Great deal

All was well except the room was uncomfortably warm and the front desk said (apologetically) that nothing could be done. So although it was a great deal, clean and close to trains, I was uncomfortable.

A lot less nicer than you think.

Valet is $53 a night which is not that bad considering the self parking down the street is $46 and you can't leave. They say to call 20-25 before you need your car. We called 25 min before we would be ready for the car and when we got down there we had to wait another 25. They didn't even leave to go get our car until we got there. In regards to the rooms, the sheets are scratchy and the room is pretty standard. Really nothing special if you ask me.
