Just ok ...

We have confirmed reservations via Hotels.com and direct with the hotel. We feel that when we book via Hotels.com, our room is not as nice as if we booked direct from the hotel. Additionally, it seems that each time we stay at the Club Quarters, something is "not working." Last time, it was the Kiosks; this time is was the app. I was invited to pre-check in via the app. I did so and kept waiting for confirmation that my room was available and the room number. Finally, we checked in at the desk and was told the app was not working.

Really liked the staff. The room was cleaned except for the inside curtain were ripped. I did tell staffing so hopefully that was taken care of before next guests arrive. Otherwise it was a great stay.
