Parking

Hotel stay was nice, staff were very helpful. But not knowing we had to pay 45$ just to park at the hotel parking or overnight was just ridiculous. Maybe that is something Travelocity should start showing right of the start parking fees or anything else that will hurt your wallet. If it suppose to be easy to book it should be easy to see what extra churches that hotel might charge. I figure I trow it out there because if I knew that was going to been a factor in would've looked for a different hotel. Thank you

Torres- I'm so sorry to hear of your parking experience not being a good one. We do offer parking options that are more cost friendly than the garage you parked at during your time with us. Next time you're on your way back to our property, give us a call so that we can help you out with our parking options!

Wonderful staff

Checked in and received a text to welcome us to the hotel. Called maintenance to take of the sink we thought was clogged and someone came right away. Everyone was helpful and professional. It was my daughters birthday and the staff provided her with a bag of goodies for her and her two friends

Ana at check-in was very nice and pleasant.

Pros: The room was perfect, high floors, great food, early check-in approved. Quiet and well maintained. Loved every part of my weekend getaway at the hotel
Cons: You scored a 10. Great job.
Location: Any bus ride is within 1 block or less. Or use Uber. Visit Milennium Park, the bean, and the Chicago museums.
Perfect room in the corner. Hotel was booked as it was Christmas week. The breakfast was outstanding and wish I could eat there every day. Lots of little kids in the pool, as expected. Everyone was well behaved. Will stay again next year.

Weekend in the SNOW

Pros: Room / Staff Location to everything, except the L. CAB in and walk the rest of the stay!
Cons: Lines for reception and Food!
Location: Lots to do... Navy Pier 5 blocks one direction, Michigan Ave 3 the other. Food - everywhere! Millennium park maybe 10 blocks! Lincoln Park Zoo!
Embassy Suites prides itself on their staff and this is no exception. They also offer a cocktail reception every night which we have taken part in on past stays at other places. NOT HERE. We were given a ticket for 4 drinks each per night which was OK, the LINE was not. To have gotten four drinks we would have to just stood in line al night. In fact we used ZERO of the precious coupons! Not wanting to stand 15 mins plus for a FREE DRINK. Time was too valuable for that. breakfast was good, but again the lines.... need to increase staff and serving areas for both! Staff Great, Room Great, Clean and in the middle of the action. One comment if you plan on using the L it is a bit of a walk. There is one closer to GRAND STATION on the RED line.

VERY Busy place!

Pros: Staff, location, great king sized bed
Cons: orient the desk in a better configuration, Add some counter space to the kitchen area.
Location: Navy Pier, lots of shopping and great restaurants on Magnificent Mile.
Staff was excellent, beds comfy, right I the middle of everything but quiet for sleeping. Energy saver feature meant there was some confusion on how to get the light in bathroom to work (have to show the room that you are in the room by placing you key in a little slot). Kitchenette VERY small. Desk orientation would have made more sense if it had been turned 90 degrees so one could walk from the far side of the pull out couch to the bathroom in the middle of the night without breaking a toe.

Great Location---TERRIBLE Parking

The hotel was clean, the rooms were nice, and the staff was great. There was NO free wifi and the parking was absolutely OUTRAGEOUS. I understand the need to charge for parking but $43/night is unacceptable. I will not be back because of the fee to park.

Wonderful Hotel so to Magnificent Mile!

The hotel room was clean, and updated. The staff was great too! We arrived around 1pm, and they allowed us to check in early with no extra fees. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. They have evening reception from 5:30-7:30 with free drinks and snacks.

Great hotel, great location, pricey

The hotel had everything we were looking for. Great location, easy walk to Michigan Avenue and the bus stops. Breakfast is wonderful but a bit crowded. Suites are roomy and, if you're lucky enough to get a corner suite, some have great views. The cocktail hour is a good perk but unfortunately very, very crowded. The pool during the week was a place to unwind and relax; beginning Friday night it, too, was crowded and since there are only about 6 chairs in the area, it was uncomfortable. The biggest downside to this hotel is that it can get pretty costly.
