Amazing view! Get the one with a lake view. Nicest gym and locker room area I’ve ever seen in a hotel. The pool was large, although I wished it had a hot tub. Staff was incredible. It was also really nice having a kitchen in the room. Some more outlets near the bed would be great.

Every single person working at this facility was extremely polite and welcoming. I’ve stayed in so many hotels across the world and I have to say this was the best experience I’ve ever had staying at a hotel. Ordered food at 3am and it was fantastic. My cloths got folded in the short period of time my wife and I left the room and came back to a spotless room. Overall amazing experience. Will be staying here every time I come to Chicago.

Room: smaller than expected but clean and housekeeping was excellent Food: 16th floor lounge is amazing with excellent service and amazing staff. view is 10/10. in hotel restaurant options are v limited. Breakfast is a challenge with 16th floor lounge being too small to accommodate all guests and we faced issues with no table being available for breakfast which is surprising for an in house guest Bell desk: 10/10 Concierge: Left a lot to be desired in terms of service/availability and attitude. Location: 10/10 Overall: Excellent
