Very Clean and helpful ..The receptionist ( Slim Spanish Woman with dark hair)was absolutely outstanding with helping me and making sure I had everything I need before I asked! Her and the african american gentleman with glasses rocked the front desk together... KEEP UP THE GOODWORK

The location of this hotel is awesome very easy to walk just about anywhere. The rooms are huge and very nice/comfortable. I was on the 11th floor and had an amazing view! My only issue was the service, my check in experience was great and really set the bar high for the rest of my stay; Nick was awesome! After check in service standards went down quite a bit, the day front desk staff seem more interested in talking to each other than assisting guests. I waited over 2 hours for towels with no reason as to why just “That’s a housekeeping issue, I don’t work in housekeeping.” I can’t stand when company’s play the blame game just give me a solid response rather than “I’ll call them again” for over 2 hours. I stayed for multiple days every time the housekeeper cleaned the room they would remove everything but not refill it; I had to ask for soap, towels, tissue multiple times! Would I stay here again...probably. I feel like there’s a lot of potential I’m hoping these issues were a one time thing that will be changed.
