Staff! Treated poorly, accused of not checking in. Tyler who works at this location was off the clock , yet hanging around. Concierge gave him permission to escort me to the suite I checked into at 150p. To be sure my daughter was in the suite. He then spoke to me a rude tone, advised my 16 year old daughter had a guest in the room . Never again!

We got a great deal, and it was well worth it! It’s a great location with restaurants within walking distance. It has an indoor hot tub and infrared sauna. The room itself is like a small apartment with a washer/dryer, a kitchen with most things you need to cook, and a balcony.

I celebrated my birthday during my stay at Level Chicago. It was amazing! My room was great! It looked just like the pictures. The amenities being 24 hours was the perfect touch. I am a night owl and I was able to get out of my room and go into the lounge areas and/or jacuzzi when needed during my stay! Level owes me nothing!! Best hotel stay I’ve had in Chicago.
