Not the best, poor room cleaning and service. Went multiple Days without service. Toilet ran continuously and overflowed maintenance came up to fix fairly swiftly but then housekeeping didn’t want to clean up that night despite towels all over the floor. They did clean but were upset they had to do it and called down to complain to someone. Sink didn’t drain well. Pillows were comfortable.

Good location, friendly staff

From the cleaning staff to the breakfast staff, the hotel staff was friendly & accommodating. I liked the text communication option. The only downfall is the fire station nearby. My family aren't light sleepers so we were able to sleep through the sirens. But others might have a problem. The location was great for dining, shopping, & sightseeing.
