Loved the river view from our hotel and the comfy window seat that allowed us to enjoy the beautiful view of the city of Chicago. Guest services is top-notch and the valet parking very convenient with in and out service any time of day. Our time spent here for the Cubs game was wonderful (including we got the "W") thanks to the comfort of this hotel and staff! Thank you!

Loved our room and this hotel. Excellent location for walking or public transport. Loved having two window seats with amazing view of the river. Really liked having filtered water faucet in the room, full size toiletries, coffee machine, tea kettle, refrigerator, robes, popcorn in the lobby, face masks and exercise equipment was a nice touch. Didn’t like not having any Expedia VIP perks and being charged $20 for a bottle of water that we never purchased, but they took it off.

Everything was GREAT, except there was a dead cockroach in one of the drawers in the room. Other than that, the hotel was clean, quiet, and conveniently located. The beds were comfortable. The espresso machine in the lobby was out of service most of our stay unfortunately, however the one day it was working, it was wonderful!!

With so many hotel options in Chicago it was a bit nerve-wracking to pick one. But I am SO GLAD we stayed at L7 Chicago by Lotte. The room and lobby were beautiful! Just gorgeous. So many amenities that made the experience so pleasant: filtered sink water in the room, an air purifier in the room (great source of white noise for sleeping), an electric tea pot in the room, yoga mat and foot massage balls in the room, two facial packs in the room, snacks and a variety of hot beverages free in the lobby. Plus great location!! Not one complaint (other than many an in-room microwave would have been nice). Loved this hotel!
