Overall stay was great but i booked a room with a tub and a balcony and was not given that, I figured once we went in the room and realized we had no balcony they would not move us since we where already in the room and they would have to sanitize due to covid. I will ask about it first in the future.

Well I realize that there is COVID but the staff was unfriendly. There was not notification upon check in that there was going to be no room attention at all. When I needed trash removal and new towels they acted like it was an inconvenience. The pool was full of people that I find difficult to believe were all staying at the hotel. Lots of young kids having birthday parties. The amount they charge for a room is over priced. It is nothing special and will not stay there again.

Very noisy hotel. We could hear people in the halls all throughout the night. Could have just been the location of our room i suppose. Hotel location was excellent though.

Nice pool, would be nicer if there was a small area for the dog to hang, away from pool and jacuzzi.

Overall, our stay was very good. The location is safe and conveniently located. The outdoor pool was amazing! The staff went above and beyond and were extremely friendly. The only reason I did not give this hotel 5 stars was because there was a big ball of hair on the bathroom floor that I had to clean up. The balcony door was left unlocked and I felt like that was a little unsafe. I was surprised there were no robes in the room for being a nicer hotel. And DO NOT eat at the restaurant downstairs in the hotel. The food wasn't good. The drinks weren't any better. And the service was sooooo slow. They brought my meal out 15 minutes before the rest of my party. Honestly, it was the worst dining experience we've ever had in Chicago. Such a waste of time and money. Awful.

We really appreciated the comfortable seating in the lobby. I didn't like pay parking as a guest perhaps validate parking.
