The hotel room we were in was a little run down - paint peeling, tiles cracked, doors off hinges, etc. so it effectively needed a facelift. The room size however was great - 2 bed suite for my family of 5. The hotel staff was so helpful And accommodating.

The staff was absolutely amazing! Friendly and so very helpful. Our room was somewhat small but served our needs just fine. Had a great view of the river. Close to some great restaurants and bars. The only thing I was not thrilled about was parking a few blocks away at a ramp. It was affordable compared to valet services but walking that distance in the cold isn’t the most fun. Luckily the ramp was great. The hotels facade is beautiful and the architecture in the area was great to see.

Room was smaller than anticipated but given the lower cost and great location, hardly surprising. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming, and requests for amenities - such as a hair dryer - were met very promptly and with courtesy. Easy walking distance to O'Hare transit (CTA Blue Line at Lake & Wells). Adjacent to River Walk, Michigan Avenue shopping and numerous bars and restaurants. Great value for money if you can deal with the small room size.

The guy when we walked in was very welcoming and created good conversation and was friendly, clean and organized. City view was amazing and hotel is located in such a great spot with many stores near

This hotel is wonderful! It’s my first time to stay and i will definitely will come back and not stay anywhere else when I’m in Chicago. Besides getting a really good service from the front desk staff especially Pedro and Ronnie they are nothing but so helpful with all their guests. The location is perfect close to everything you need and has a nice view from my room and they always keep the front of the hotel lobby clean.. i love this hotel I am very pleased with my stay and I am planning to come back again in April.. Thank you guys for making my stay a wonderful one ❤️

We enjoyed our stay. Great location. Booked a king room, and it was two twins pushed together. Very uncomfortable. Had self service kiosks to check in and out, but no signage letting guests know that’s what they are for.
