We arrived at the hotel early and we needed to drop off our luggage. Ronnie helped check in our bags. He was so friendly and helpful! He has a wonderful personality! The building is very beautiful. We stayed on the 10th floor. Our room was quite small but it was clean and comfortable. I was a bit disappointed to see that the window that is in the room was covered with privacy film. It was disappointing not to be able to see outside, regardless of the view, especially since the room was so small. It felt a little claustrophobic. I didn't see the lack of view anywhere when booking or I may have booked elsewhere. But overall, our stay was friendly, quiet, and comfortable. The area around the hotel is beautiful and it is right on the river.

I had a wonderful stay here. The staff truly made the experience outstanding — every interaction was warm, professional, and genuinely caring. From check-in to check-out, they went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The property itself is clean and well maintained, though some of the décor and facilities are a bit outdated, which is why I’ve given it four stars instead of five. That being said, the service more than makes up for it, and the overall atmosphere is inviting and relaxed. If you’re looking for excellent hospitality and a team that really values its guests, this is a great place to stay.

One of the elevators wasn’t working which meant long delays. One of the lights and the TV remote didn’t work in the room. Overall decent for a one night stay but would consider somewhere else for a longer stay.

I just love this hotel it’s right in the center of Navy Pier and right in front of the Trump Building it’s the perfect location to everything the beach is in walking distance and if you don’t want to walk then E-Bikes are everywhere and the hotel is the best for the price the location alone is worth it I Highly Recommend it it’s where I will always stay when in Chicago 👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️💯💯💯

Property was in a great location. It was clean and the staff was great. The only problem was that one of the elevators is broken so there was a wait and the elevator was often full. Also we had problems with the tv not working.
