I didn't like being told to park my vehicle blocks away from the hotel at check in. There was no room service other than when I requested clean towels. Also, I was charged more than expected for my entire stay.

Great Hotel with mostly excellent staff. Arrival and check in was A and room was very nice. The one serious difficulty is the elevators, which, due to the structure of the building, are too few to service the numbers of clients they need to, resulting in quite remarkable wait times, upwards of ten minutes, in order to go to the or from the higher floors. Setting is gorgeous and I will return as guest.
