We arrived at the hotel early and we needed to drop off our luggage. Ronnie helped check in our bags. He was so friendly and helpful! He has a wonderful personality! The building is very beautiful. We stayed on the 10th floor. Our room was quite small but it was clean and comfortable. I was a bit disappointed to see that the window that is in the room was covered with privacy film. It was disappointing not to be able to see outside, regardless of the view, especially since the room was so small. It felt a little claustrophobic. I didn't see the lack of view anywhere when booking or I may have booked elsewhere. But overall, our stay was friendly, quiet, and comfortable. The area around the hotel is beautiful and it is right on the river.

Only 1 working elevator and had to call to use it. Wait times not ideal. Holes in carpeting in the room as well as in the curtains. A/c did not cool the room. Places on 22nd floor with a dog under these conditions. Pictures do not represent what this property looks like. It’s rundown and not worth the price.

Room was clean and conveniently located. We had a nice river view. The bed was actually a double, not a queen bed. Staff was helpful with assisting in arranging transportation. One elevator was out in the beginning of our stay, thus requiring a call for pick up for walking down 2 flights to get the elevator. That was remedied soon after our arrival. Would stay again, but will confirm the bed size.
