Bathroom was dirty! Toilet was gross and the floor was dirty.! I am pretty sure people live in this hotel. Two people we were in the elevator with were extremely high. Was old and just not up to par with other hotels downtown.

The front desk was amazing, check-in was quick and easy. We used the hotel recommended lot across the street but the hotel gave us the wrong price for “self park” so we ended up paying more than we were expecting. The room was small and looked quite dated. The A/C - Heater was very noisy. Whenever it would kick on, it sounded like a small plane was taking off. Not real conducive for a good night sleep. The toilet blocked up, but soon fixed itself. I’d called the desk to report the blockage, and called back when it cleared itself. They still sent someone to double check and make sure all was well, so that was good. It was a great location for the things we did and the places we went on our short trip to the city. We never stopped in the lobby for breakfast, so no comments there. It was nice to have a microwave in the lobby to heat up some pecan rolls we’d brought from our local bakery, but it would have been even nicer to have a small microwave IN the room like most hotels do these days. The beds and pillows were comfortable - but still didn’t get much sleep because,of the constant noise.

The paint chips on the floor were a little disappointing. The hot water came in spurts of hot cold hot cold. It the AC/Heat was set on 68 and it was HOT!!! The staff were all GREAT!! Very friendly and helpful!

What is liked the most is the location. It is walkable distance from clark station which makes is extremely convenient for travellers to commute from Airport.
