Sweet hotel. The lobby in this building is really cool. All art deco and apparently was originally the AAA building in Chicago. Neat history. Rooms were as expected from a Hampton Inn. Clean, well lit and the right size.

We did able to check in in this hotel, they have sort of issues insteas they transfered us to Hyatt centric.. which did so much inconvenience .. Far away from our parking booking and no breakfast.

Everything was great accept that our room and breakfast was cold. No matter how I will try to turn up the heat, it didn't work. They offered to move us and give us half. It was 9:30pm. I don't know if they're giving me half off or not yet.
