The staff was super helpful and kind, not a single complaint there. The room was spotless and was a joy to come back to after a long day at my continuing education class. I would recommend this room/hotel to anyone especially for where it is located if you need to be within walking distance of the hospital/downtown.

1st of all, the bed alone was SO comfortable, probably got this from 4 to 5 stars haha, seriously. From bringing us extra pillows right away, to sending a engineer to connect our TV to broadcast from my phone, the staff was super helpful. We stayed an extra night cuz we were having a blast (late bday/early Vday) & we got to stay in our room after buying it through Hotels... Great location, quiet, we had a blast.
