Room service restaurant closed. Property NOT as advertised. Old. Our trip was prepaid and upon check -in,staff charged my card $600 that was on hold until check out even after numerous “escalations to upper management” after checkout my card was charged ANOTHER $155. Staff unhelpful. Shower didn’t drain. Pillows were awful. Only positive was comfy mattress and quick elevator. Go elsewhere.

Tablet in room said breakfast ended at 11, but when i called at 10:40 they said it ended at 10. Lobby and room were nice but hallway needs updating and maintenance. Also mattress in room was very hard.

Room was clean. Only interaction i had with staff is when i checked in and checked out. You should add on your advertisement, parking that you pay 62 a day for has no in and out privileges. No one rents a car to leave parked. How many times a day do i have to keep paying 62? I gave it a food rating because i prefer no to be bothered. So no interaction is good. Room was clean and warm.

The hotel rooms and hallways are very old and dated but for the price worth the stay. We did have a man named Steve who helped us with our bags and parking, giving directions. He was wonderful!
