Location was perfect. Staff was courteous. Room service every day. Breakfast options are close by. Free water refill station and they also provide water bottles each day. Very convenient.

Right across the street from the navy pier! Everything about the hotel is amazing as far as the lobby, weight room, pool, and room. The only thing that wasn’t good was the beds themselves. The weren’t comfortable. Other than that great place to stay.

Dude this place was awesome the view was amazing it’s right in front of O beach, we stayed here for lollapalooza and it was a walking distance and so affordable. There’s a beautiful bar in the lobby that you can drink at and also during festivals they have pop up activations with giveaways such as aperol spritz.
