I love this property for St Patricks day events (weekend before). Have stayed in it twice now during this holiday. It’s clean, the staff is very nice. However, losing cold water that morning when everyone is preparing for the events was not enjoyable. Hot water didn’t come back until the afternoon/evening.

Honestly, the staff was phenomenal. I can’t say enough good things about the staff. However, the policies at this hotel guarantee that you will be nickeled and dimed around every corner. I booked ad paid through Expedia, still had extra charges I couldn’t avoid on top of those charges. WiFi is $15 a day unless you become a Marriott member, you pay for a destination fee every day you’re there, there’s no fridge to keep food, we didn’t have hot water one morning and had to take cold showers, and when I was there, it was so hard to get to other places in the city that we ended up eating at the bar on location which was spendy and not worth the money. The parking is a public self park, not reserved for hotel guests, and it was full when we arrived so we had to park off site (my own misinterpretation but when a place lists parking as an amenity, I tend to think it’s for the guests). Overall, the staff and location on the river walk was nice but I feel like it was very over priced and trying to get more and more charges at every corner. I don’t think I will stay here again.

Came in with aone friends to celebrate St Patrick's Day weekend. Staff was wonderful ! Great view of the river turning green! Now for the down side: Double beds were too small. we would of gladly given up space to get bigger beds. No hot water first night. This was corrected by the second night. We got there around 8pm, and there was no more open valet spots so we had to park at another hotel. Before we knew the valet was full, they had taken our luggage to our room while I checked in and my husband parked our car. The bellhop who brought our items up wouldn’t leave until we tipped & procceded to wait until my husband got to the room to be tipped (awkward). The bathroom especially the toilet area was not clean once we arrived in our room. There was no mini fridge or microwave in room and apparently you had to request this beforehand (I did not see this anywhere in the booking) and surprise they were out of mini fridges? I still don’t understand this? Doesn’t make sense as there was a specific spot for the fridge. The rooms are very small and dated. There was a chunk of tile missing on the bathroom wall in the shower. Overall, the only good thing was the view from our room, as we could see the river. I will not be returning.

We loved our stay here! Walking distance from the main attractions and public transportation was easily accessible from this location. The only down side was that when we arrived they said that their parking garage was full even though we were staying at the resort. We were then directed to the parking garage at the Embassy Suites about 8 minutes away.

Had to take cold showers Saturday morning. St. Patrick's day weekend tons of people in the hotel, everyone had to be showering at the same time. Other than a cold shower, staff and hotel were great.
