Staff was very friendly at checkin/out. Very fast to respond with the rollaway bed, extra linens, and extra half & half at breakfast. The waffles smelled amazing but with only 2 waffle makers and a full house I didn't wait in line. Entire area of property that we utilized was clean. This location is so close to walk to everything, it made our Chicago trip pleasant.

Room was very nice - clean and modern feel. Staf was very attentive and helpful and the free hot breakfast - while not really extraordinary - was nice to have. Would have like a bit more fresh fruit but there was plent other breakfast staples to select.
