Staff was very friendly at checkin/out. Very fast to respond with the rollaway bed, extra linens, and extra half & half at breakfast. The waffles smelled amazing but with only 2 waffle makers and a full house I didn't wait in line. Entire area of property that we utilized was clean. This location is so close to walk to everything, it made our Chicago trip pleasant.

Great location. Quiet comfortable rooms. Free breakfast is typical fare… fine to fuel up and head out. Close to the park and the art museum. Lobby and first floor are funct- not pretty but hey- it’s not where you spend your time.

I am an architect and the reproduction facility (Riteway Printing) my firm used was located in the Majestic Building. I worked for 30 years in the Inland Steel Building and 33 W. Monroe Building so this was a "Back in History" Chicago nostalgic trip for me. I enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn Majestic Chicago Theater District Hotel.

Did not enjoy going up and down to get to front desk. The dinning area is much too small. To many people for such a small space. The staff at the front desk were great but the towels are paper thin. Also, you provided (Expedia) false advertising that I would get my Hilton points of which I didn’t because you are a third party.

The room and the hotel were very clean. Elevators moved quickly and the upper floors have great views of the city. Bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was cold. Breakfast was a step above the typical free breakfasts that are normally avaliable.
