Ummm I paid $306 for my room with no view and it was small. I could have booked a room when I got there and paid way less. Never again will I ever book a room through Travelocity. You guys are over priced!! The hotel was beautiful though!

I liked that check-in was fast and very easy. Finding the rooms was also fairly easy. The view was great and definitely the perfect amount of room with how many guests were staying. What I didn’t like, was the hotel night manager walking around the halls as if monitoring us like children in school. I understand that they have certain guidelines, but is making your guests feel like they have no freedom one of them? Because that’s what it certainly felt like, and some other guests staying in our neighboring rooms also agreed. I also don’t appreciate the woman at the front reception desk rudely greeting my guests as they walked in, especially since they paid for the hotel with their own money as well. It was a VERY passive aggressive comment that was really unnecessary and made the whole trip feel unwelcoming. I think the staff we were in contact with needs a little more training on how to properly speak to and inform guests respectfully because we were nothing but respectful people. Another inconvenience was the bathroom door in room 1225. The sliding bathroom door in a hotel room is not it. You need a latched door that keeps in bathroom germs and smells, not a heavy glass sliding door that comes off track every time you try to get in or out. The door would slam every time you slide it, which could’ve been why we received a noise complaint.
