The couch had stains all over it. Very nasty. The ladies and gentlemen at desk were very friendly. Valet guys at night had a bad attitudes it took me over 45 minutes to get my car and also in the morning.

The front personnel was amazing! Super friendly and attentive. The rooms a Unfortunately, house keeping did not always follow through on requests (refill bath soap, towels, only clean room upon request) We did not utilize the gym nor parking. If we visit Chicago again, we'll stay at this property.

Early checkin, location close to everything, some buses were inconsistent nearby in arrival times, but we were able to get everywhere with ease. Lower/upper Illinois a little confusing at first. Friendly staff. Very nice rooms. Could use a. Little more space for bags and things. Would prefer no closet. Coach bed was a little dirty under sheets. Good breakfast offered both in food quality and service. overall loved our stay there.

The hotel room was clean and the staff members were friendly and welcoming. The hotel was within walking distance to all sights. The only negative was that breakfast was served only until 9am during the week and people were speaking loudly in the hallways late at night.
