The free breakfast was so good! Normally I am weary about hotel breakfast but this was so delicious and lots of choices. The room was clean. Shower pressure was wonderful. Staff was extremely friendly and Nelly was above and beyond! Overall lovely stay and great location!

Location is excellent, staff is so friendly. Room size is just reasonable for my large family size. Lobby is so friendly - heating up food, small office corner, luggage and package transfer. They are so helpful on any ask they can offer help.

Overall was average but below standards of a Hyatt Place. Breakfast setup - not well thought out. Should have had two lines during holidays for the food. Had incredible long lines and wasn’t worth the wait with the crowd.
