The dining area had tables available to sit, but they were all dirty. I couldn't find staff to clean a table for my family, so I took a disinfectant wipe from the host stand and wiped a table for us. I was asked at check-in if I wanted housekeeping service, I replied that I would like it for the next day only. We returned to Our room late afternoon the following day, and it was never cleaned. The hotel is located acrid the street from a fire station...there were ear plugs on the night stand, but the noise was terrible, from the sirens, horns honking, to people voices in the middle of the night..The window was very drafty (COLD) and definitely not soundproof.

The water in our room only got warm.. this weekend was really cold outside and a hot shower would have been wonderful. I informed the staff and just got an “I’m sorry” some sort of discount or something would have been nice!
