Being steps away from shopping, dining, and iconic Chicago attractions made getting around effortless. Whether I was heading out to explore the city or winding down for the evening, everything I needed was right there. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom felt spa-like, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. It was the perfect place to recharge after long days in the city. The staff were great. However, the room shook whenever someone closed a door to another room in the hall. This made it hard to get a good sleep. Their choice of toilet tissue was surprisingly cheap. Single ply TP is something you use if there’s no other option, not in a decent hotel in a major city center.

Loved this hotel. The only thing I disliked was not having a microwave in my room. I ate out daily but sometimes did not finish my food and would have to throw it out due to not having anything to reheat it. The fridge was so stocked with their items that there was barely room to put your own stuff in there.
