This was me & boyfriend’s first time to visit Chicago and this hotel did not disappoint! It was comfortable, quiet, the staff was very kind and being on the top floor gave us some amazing city views!! We will definitely stay here again!!

This is a great hotel in river north. Well centered in the city and very good service is provided by the workers. Also they are dog friendly! Many treats for the beast in your life.

Hotel is beautiful! However, there were minor things I noticed that they should pay attention too including the shower curtains which were noticeable destroyed. Staff at this hotel was great. The breakfast is a small selection of items but they are within walking distance of some great coffee shops.

I enjoyed my stay! Quiet, clean, a wonderful staff, and a pleasant experience overall. I had an unexpected travel delay and the staff were more than willing to assist me, which I will always appreciate. The view from the top floor is nice as well!
