Great location to downtown. Hotel was nice but everything was controlled by an ipad and it made turning on and off the lights pretty annoying. Room was small but we didnt spend.much time in it. Bar was WAY overpriced. Drinks were about teipple that of any nearby bar or restaurant. Live muaic was cool.

I really loved the rooms and everything. The only problem was the lady that helped us check in chose our view for us and promised it was worth it, she chose low floor and we wanted high floor. We ended up staring at a building…. I was very disappointed bc I traveled from Australia

Citizen M Chicago

We were very comfortable and the location was FANTASTIC! The only downside was not being able to get out of bed on both sides. Needed to climb over my husband. The room was small but had most of what we needed. There was a great " Iron Heaven" station on each floor that offered iron and steamer. Would have liked to have a coffee pot in the room or free coffee/ tea option in the lobby. The room had room darkening shades and the bed was comfy. Location, location, location!
