I enjoyed my stay overall — the hotel is very aesthetically pleasing and in a great location — but I was a bit disappointed with some of the amenities. The heat in my room barely worked, and although staff brought a portable heater, it was still in a sealed box and I had nothing to open it with, so it wasn’t very helpful. I also didn’t get much sleep. My room seemed to be next to a linen closet or service area, and between 6–7 AM I kept hearing a door slam every few minutes. On top of that, there was no tea or coffee provided in the room, and even getting a simple tea or coffee at the bar came with an extra charge. Most hotels include this either in the room or at least for free in the lobby. Aside from these issues, it’s a nice, visually appealing hotel in a convenient spot and at a decent price. I would stay again now that I know what to expect, but I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it to others.

Hotel is in a great location! Can easily walk to downtown, millennium station, restaurants etc. I always felt very safe as well. With that being said the rooms are VERY small. I also did have a towel in my bathroom that was dirty. But the price is very good for the location.

Its a nice property, automated system is very convenient. Our room was exactly as described, small but has most of what you need. Everything is very clean and lovely staff at the bar. Unfortunately, each room does not have their own iron. They do provide an ironing room on each floor, and the one that we used; was not well mantained and had all of our clothing smelling terrible. I mentioned it to the attendant at the front desk, and he just said we will take a look at the machines. I expected, maybe for them to cover the cost of the dry cleaning for all of our clothing that smelled. That was the only issued we had.
