Wonderful stay at Downtown Chicago Loews! A big thank you to assistant manager, Luis O., for getting my multiple reservations straightened out since there was a mix up. Luis was very patient and took time to sort it all out. The lobby was a great space for our family memento meet up and enjoy time together. The location was terrific. We spent a day at Navy Pier and there were many wonderful restaurants nearby. And the cookies for us who participated in the Chicago Marathon was a nice surprise.
