As soon as we arrived, the smell of the lobby is just … mesmerizing. The staff was so pleasant throughout the entire stay. Which does matter!! The pool had a temperature that was just right. The gym? The gym literally had EVERYTHING that I’d typically use at my home gym. The room was very clean and the sheer curtains made the view even better especially at night. Seeing the city lit up was beautiful. Overall, 10/10

Jesse at the front desk and Jacob the bellman at LOEWS are the real stars of what made my stay beyond fantastic! Any questions or concerns were thoroughly addressed along with amazing hospitality by mainly those two but everyone else did just as good to really make my stay great with my girlfriend. Definitely staying here again whenever i need a few nights in the city :)
