The hotel was AMAZINGLY beautiful! Deluxe room was spacious for 2 and very modern and clean. My only complaints would be the shower, I’m not a big fan of rainfall showers plus there was no door or curtain to close shower so it got a bit cold and wet on the floor. You also have to go through ALOT to work the tv, have to download app and some more stuff..weird. Other than that stay was awesome for one night.

Great breakfast every morning, the staff does a great job of making sure you enjoy the start of each day. Very walkable, its close proximity to Michigan Ave makes a trip to Chicago without a vehicle totally doable. We will be back - thank you for the great place to stay and enjoy a vacation in Chicago!

This hotel was amazing! It was very clean, the hotel staff was friendly, the food & drinks were good.. the buffet that's included don't skip it because when i say it was better than expected i mean it! And the rooftop was wonderful, it's downtown near all the shopping stores & the 5 store Starbucks. I can't wait to come back!

Great but...poor water pressure

Overall, it was a great experience — the hotel and service were excellent. The only letdown was the poor water pressure in the shower. Unfortunately, there just wasn’t enough water flow to enjoy a relaxing and refreshing shower, which was a bit disappointing.
