The room was perfect for my birthday weekend my husband planned for me on our business trip turned celebration from Florida. The thoughtfulness and detail of the birthday gestures was so well executed. Kudos to the amazing staff. From being greeted at the door, bellhop service, and the wonderful hospitality team. First off the hotel is gorgeous! Here’s some of my pros: I love the complementary breakfast, the room was clean, and the staff was friendly. Now here’s my reason why they are receiving such a low rating…when we returned back from breakfast, we heard our room door open and it was a staff member walking in. She informed us that she thought we had checked out, even though it was hours before checkout time. So I called down to the front desk and informed them that we had not checked out yet. They told me that it was not a problem and they apologized. The front desk clerk also said she would inform the other staff that we had not checked out yet. But then it happened again! Another staff member walked into the room and said they thought we had checked out. She showed me the paperwork with a note next to the room number saying “checked out”. So I called the front desk again and told them that another staff member attempted to enter the room and at the time we were not fully dressed. They apologized again and they said a room key card was left in the express checkout so obviously they do not check that daily. We still have both room keys cards. Once we finally checked out, they did not accommodate us for the inconvenience. So as a heads up, please be mindful to put your extra lock on your door, especially knowing that they do not check that express check out key card box regularly. They could have possibly tossed all of our belongings out if we were still at breakfast!

This was a great stay! Really enjoyed the breakfast! Only down side was the shower. Water did not get hot and water pressure was horrible. Otherwise would have been 5 stars!
