I was frustrated with the club access as I understood it to include happy hour cocktails And that was not the case. Otherwise, room was great and service was great. Pedro, at the bar, was an amazing server. Responsive, kind and friendly. We lived talking to him.

St. Patrick's Day Weekend

Pros: Location, cleanliness.
Cons: Maybe retrain the staff in how to be cordial to ALL guests.
Location: We were in walking distance of everything. We walked to Millenium Park, we walked the Chicago River countless times, Magnificent Mile etc.
We stared Friday through Monday. We were in Chicago mainly for a Blackhawks game, but decided to come a few days early to witness/enjoy the St. Patrick's Day events. We were thrilled with our hotel, as our room had a river view and we were able to view the stunning green Chicago River at any time with out glorious room. We were in walking distance of all attractions we were interested in seeing while we were in Chicago. The only negative I would have is that we must have looked like riff raff to the most of the staff as none ever really said two words to us. The valet gentlemen were very pleasant and very kind. Only ONE doorman actually held a door for us. We are not in need of assistance, but we did notice that some patrons were treated much better than ourselves. All in all the hotel itself was spot on, just what we were looking for as far as location goes. The parking fee is a bit steep.

Very nice downtown Chicago hotel.

Pros: The convenience of being so close to all the things that downtown Chicago offers. Plus the hotel was quite!
Cons: Nothing!
Location: Easy walk to the Magnificent Mile!!
Very professional and friendly staff who make every effort to make sure your stay was great! Everything was with walking distance of the hotel that we wanted to do or see! Very Clean hotel, friendly at check in, always held the door open for you with a smile when entering the hotel and always went out of their way to make sure everything was fine!

Pros: It was in a good location to most sights. It's a trusted name hotel. The rooms were clean, updated and the staff was very friendly/
Cons: During busy breakfast hours, the service from the wait staff could have been a bit more attentive.
The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was raining one of the days I was staying at the hotel and I didn't pack an umbrella so I asked the front desk if they had one I could borrow. One of the front desk member said they were all checked out, but the other front desk employee went to the back and was bale to found one for me. I really appreciated her efforts.

a night in the city

Pros: The convenience to restaurants and entertainment, everything within walking distance.
Location: We ate and had drinks at Harry Carey's, shopped at Old Navy, and went to the house of blues for a concert, all within walking distance.
When checking in, our reservation could not be found by name or itinerary number, we were asked to forward our confirmation email to the desk manager to trouble shoot our problem, we were given a room to get settled, we were then notified that our reservation was under a name which was ours but misspelled. We were assured everything was taken care, after checking out the next day, we found our credit card was charged for $202 & $100. I emailed the manager and called the hotel, but still have not gotten a response or credit on our credit card. Regarding the hotel, it was very nice, loved the location, close to restaurants and entertainment, no car or cab needed. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, I was surprised we had a refrigerator but not a microwave in our room and ice machines were not on every floor. The hotel offered a nice bar during the day and a nice area for breakfast. The staff was very helpful during our stay and depending on how long this dispute takes to rectify, we would recommend this hotel.
