Great stay overall; mattress totally uncomfortable

The overall stay was great. The room was nice, the shower was great, the amenities were great. The location of the hotel is great. The only issue at all was the mattress. It was so hard and uncomfortable. My girlfriend slept fine but my back and hips hurt so much I could not sleep well. I spent the last night on the pull out bed from the couch but it was only slightly better. Admittedly I sleep on a tempurpedic mattress at home and I know those are expensive. But the brick you had for a mattress was not good. Sorry.

I liked that so many things are around the area, liked the view and the fact that it was a flat fee for the deposit. I didn’t like how I was supposed to get Wi-Fi and I was unable to and they made it seem like there wasn’t anything they could do about it. Parking is crazy. You pay $50 a day to park in a garage 2 blocks away. I would give the hotel itself a good rating. Minus the Wi-Fi. Everything was clean, no bugs, respectful guest and employees.

Every staff member there, was nothing but respectful, kind, nice, caring. I wish I could have stayed longer, but with their help they helped me find my first place to live in Chicago. I so sorry I forgot all there names, but I can tell you from the time I pulled up in my uber with hundreds of pounds of luggage. The older gentlmen with an accent came and helped me grab them like nothing, then the front desk understood how exhausted I was, from John, to my Chicago woman, no matter what time of night security man Mike was there so help with whatever I needed. One of the best places I have ever stayed!
