We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our flight was changed and we got in much earlier than planned. They were able to check us in early so we could get started exploring the town. We were within walking distance of the aquarium and Field Museum and it was an easy bus ride to Navy Pier. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Due to Covid, we really didn't have amenities to enjoy. The pool was closed as was the restaurant. The view was amazing! We would definitely stay here again.

Its $60 for valet parking, $75 for hold fee, were not even staying a full 12 hours and its been ridiculous already, I did ask for extra pillows and got them. The property is no where close to water like shown on a map, were afraid to touch anything for fear they'll charge you for it, seems like they gouge you, beds soft, pillow are comfy, so my less than 7 hour sleep and an hour before work I guess well see!

Staff was nice and helpful to get a taxi or find restaurants and stores near the hotel. Rooms are nice, clean.. Tv kept freezing for a few seconds
