Room was great. The boys at check in, lazy, Not helpful...i had made reservations for parking. They said not avaible, 1st come, 1st serve. Then I needed a luggage rack and 1 was not to be found .. they didnt put any sweat equity unto customer first.

Entire hotel and the people who work there are nice. Classy place. Room is very nice and comfortable. Only downside is that parking is challenging, but that's everywhere in Chicago.

Beautiful hotel with large rooms and great breakfast! Staff were very kind and professional. They went above and beyond when my daughter wheelchair broke and they allowed us to borrow the one from the hotel. Life savers!

Nice place to stay if you’re in the city for long. Most rooms have rest area and kitchenette, but then if you don’t need those you might find the room too crowded and wish for more empty space for walking and luggage. The neighborhood is pretty chic. Quick check in and out. The air conditioner was a bit noisy for sleep.
