Hotel was very good but room (despite being a newer one) was only okay. Only one, slightly uncomfortable, chair at a desk. Not what I typically expect from Intercontinentals in terms of comfort and thoughtful room accommodations and layout.

The Mojitos from the bar were great however, this was the most unpleasant intercontinental I ever stayed at. The rooms were not very sanitary. I had to be moved almost twice. Staff did not have pleasant attitudes. However, the manager Malcolm did try his best to accommodate unfortunately, it was not good enough. I would not recommend this intercontinental to anyone. I recommend that if you’re looking for a luxury quality hotel you stay at the Ritz Carlton.
