I paid for an upgrade and got a room with some old fashion bath tub and our window was facing a wall, too many fees they were ridiculous a 3 dollar bottle of water was 22.00. Won’t be back there anytime soon

The room was not in good shape. Dripping and non-functioning HVAC system, broken mirror in the bathroom and a useless phone. We had to change rooms after a 1:30AM attempt to fix the HVAC system. The staff were great and upgraded us for our second night.
