Lynette made our vacation experience, in Chicago, extra spectacular. She gave us a warm welcome as soon as entering the hotel. And offered us valuable information regarding places to see while in Chicago. The rooms were very clean, the free breakfast was good and the lounge area in the mezzanine was more than adequate.

Our room was clean and the staff were quite friendly. We discovered the first morning of our stay that our shower wasn’t working properly. A repairman was sent to our room right away and though he fixed the problem, he left behind a quite dirty space. The second mowing of our stay the whole hotel had no hot water, so we didn’t get to use the shower anyway!
