I reserved a room with a king sized bed and sleeper sofa. I was told there were none available at check in and I couldn’t get an upgraded room. Unfortunately, queen sized beds just aren’t long enough as we are both very tall. Disappointing that we weren’t offered any other options when that is what we reserved, to say the least.

Property is right of Michigan Ave. perfect location also our room had an entry door that had a lil hall as you entered so it made it seem bigger for our room. Room was clean you could see buildings outside si it was city view as advertised. Friendly staff overall no problem very clean pool was closed tho only downfall.

I think the overall property was okay I think for the price the rooms should definitely be larger and more up to date. The parking should be more clear that no matter if you choose the vallet for the hotel or not you’re going to be paying at least $70 a night to park that was a little bit confusing staff was very nice the free breakfast was a nice addition as well

Needed to change the date of a 3-night reservation. They levied a “penalty” equal to the entire price I’d already paid for the reservation, doubling the cost of my stay. Customer service could not be more poor—no appreciation for my business, which would’ve been a repeat. (I’d stayed at a Hampton Inn in another city the prior quarter, and gotten 2 more rooms for additional family as well). Why would I ever book with them again?
