Great building and staff! Kasa onsite front desk staff were phenomenal. Responsive to questions and requests! Everything you need is in the apartment. Highly recommend Kasa accommodations if staying in downtown Chicago as close to many restaurants, Mag Mile and all other !

Very nice location, easy to navigate and close by all things. I would stay again. The toilet was not secured down to the floor properly and need some sealer to secure it down. It caused the place to smell like sewage at times.

The apartment was clean, safe and very comfortable. The view was beautiful! We were able to walk around easily for dinner and shopping. We would definitely stay here again.

Horrible Kasa experience in a tired, poorly maintained building.The room was in poor condition, there were mildew smells in the bathroom and light blocking shades were old and broken. When I attempted to communicate with Kasa the first response was to remind me there were "no refunds". As I was at a conference with a busy schedule I had few options. Definitely better options at the same price.

We enjoy the stay in this neighborhood. It’s close to beach, river, shopping and grocery. We use kitchen to heat up meal and boil water. I have 2 children and place is spacious. I will book this place again if come back.
