The property is decent. However, the night manager/ comptroller who is horrible. He was verbally abusive and theatened me over an issue relating to our reservation and payment. He threatened to have security remove my family from our rooms because i wanted to go back to my room for paperwork from Travelocity to prove my point. He refused to let me go and said said the room door was aleady locked and i couldn't get back in. He lied. My son was in the room with no awareness of what was traspiring downstairs. I am a 69 year old woman who has experienced quite a bit in my life, but this kind of treatment of guests is unexceptable on any level. Neither I, my family nor anyone I know will never stay there. The rest of the staff was lovely and very helpful.

I liked that the parking garage was right across the hotel for our stay and not a hassle. The pool is pretty decent in size, staff keep areas clean. Lorena at the dining area was very nice and helpful. The only few setbacks was no ice bucket or microwave. You have to take 2 separate elevators to get to your room if you’re staying with Volco hotel services. That’s all. Next time they could leave tv channel information to the channels, wifi info, breakfast/checkout info on a paper pad like the other hotels do. 😊

Beautiful hotel and Alonzo was amazing to work with he was front desk ask for him he helped us with trains and bus where to go it was great cleaning staff unfortunately came into our room with the do not disturb sign up so their was that breakfast their was 30 per adult kids 13 under free with adult so that was a plus
