I stayed at The Champagne Lodge & Luxury Suites and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. We ended up getting locked inside the room due to an issue with the door, which was stressful and inconvenient. Additionally, the tub and bathroom area felt overly moist and not well-maintained, which made it uncomfortable to use. While the concept of the suites is nice, the room we stayed in did not meet expectations in terms of cleanliness and functionality. I hope management addresses these issues to improve future guests’ experiences.

Room was clean clean. But the shower stream room needs updated badly. 1 shower head is crazy for that amount of space. Bed was hard, pillows was so flat felt like sleeping on cardboard. For almost 600 a night they need to do better. Staff was 10 outta 10 great staff. Until they update the showers steam room and beds and pillows I can't stay there anymore. It's the same from when they first opened. I should know

Front desk staff was great, but conditions are bad for the price. I asked the lady at the desk if it was possible to move to a different room; with no hesitation, she offered a different room. The first room's tub was grassy and dirty, and there was water on the floor. The rooms are old and smelly. Conditions in the showers are so old. Jets on the tub make more noise than their purpose. I’ll give 2 starts just because they were able to get me a different room . Over all price not worth . I really paid $350 “luxury” I’m sorry has nothing with luxury is old .
