Dirty child sized hand print of oil and cream on the chair in room. Was told that was weird and maybe it was a cleaning associate who left it. The hand print was smaller than my 8 year old daughter’s hand. I had a photo but Expedia doesn’t allow posting. The desk said she would have someone clean it. Which she ended up cleaning it. After seeing that, nothing felt right about staying or returning there. She mentioned people use these rooms for many different reasons.

My fiancé booked the pool suite for my birthday. The bed linen had stains, furniture was outdated with rippings in furniture the mirrors were smudged and towels were dark colored with stains this place is not worth $450

The service was good and staff was great. I thought the steam shower was available in the premium room due to me looking at the pictures, but I should have read EVERYTHING on the website as it does state that the executive suite is the only room with the steam shower.
