It was the worst experience I've ever had. Very dirty, half sock on the bedroom floor when I arrived, cobweb, paint stains, horrible smell from the carpet, it rained in my room like a waterfall. People smoking marijuana at night on the patio. Employees don't know what customer service is.

I loved my room. The Jacuzzi was very big. I didn’t like that this room said it came with breakfast but it didn’t.

The pool isn't kept at a reasonable temperture. Our soul purpose was to get the kids out of the house and to swim a bit. The pool was miserably cold. Staff said they turned ut up to 86, never even close to this. Staff was nice and accommodating but the facility needs repair.
