Located in nice neighborhood. As a woman traveling alone, I felt safe. Close to everything I needed to do. Quiet at night. I'm appreciative of the help from Travelocity in finding a nice property and a nice price.

Great staff, allowed us late checkout when my vehicle broke down. Breakfast is great, everything that you never expected at a free breakfast. The pool looked enticing, but we didn’t bring suits. Next time I visit Chicago or surrounding, I will stay here. Very pleased. Thank you

Very disappointed

Cons: They need to do some serious work to fix the room we stayed in.
Location: We went to an MLS soccer game.
The room we were placed in had severe water damage. The floor was covered with giant bubbles. Even the curtains were covered with water damage and unclean. The bathtub needs to be replaced. I would not be surprised if there were severe mold issues. I'm really glad we did not stay more than one night. Also, there was no soap or shampoo in the room. Had to go to the front desk to ask for it. I couldn't have been more disappointed by the location.

Nice and a good price.

Pros: Cleanliness and comfort.
Cons: Some of the other guests were being loud during the night although not the fault of the hotel. Just rude guests.
Location: The location is close to our family and we were there for family events so we don't know much about other things to do nearby.
We thought the room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. Really enjoyed the breakfast. We plan to stay again next time we are in town.

Shower Problems

Drain backed up in shower. Smelled like poop and water had a yellowish brown color. Other than that hotel was good and breakfast was yummy.

Over Rated

Pros: convenient location
With a beautiful picture of the front entryway and a 4-star rating, I was expecting a nice restaurant and a pleasant stay. What I found was worn out furnishings, tub faucet turned sideways and a price 3X the market value $348 vs $105 like other comparable hotels. Very disappointing!!

Excellent value, convenient location

Our new, favorite place to stay when in the area. The facilities were very clean and comfortable. While we didn't use the (indoor) pool, hot tub, or exercise room they looked good and were they if we would have had time to use them.
