We sent text to get vehicle from valet and it said it would be there in 10 minutes. 20 minutes later it was still not there so asked person out front and he got right on it and called. It took another 15 minutes to get it after that. We realize it was Sunday and busy but maybe give more realistic times of wait. Other than that our stay was great!
